I wonder how I can ask this without looking like a bragging dick... but.... is there any site that's posted what records Bayern has broken this year/or are getting close to breaking?

I finally got the game to load as Boatang scored to make it 1-0. Didn't see the goal though :(

But it's looking good for Bayern today

He didn't seem bothered by it :P I would have been worried if he had been, mind you!

Haha on Tymo though

What do you think of their odds for the Champions League (semi-finals, and if so, finals?)

An all-German final would be insane. I wonder who the Schalke fans would root for. I like BVB's chances if they play Madrid like they did in the group stage (and not the way they played against Málaga). I have no idea who's going to win between Bayern-Barca.

Thanks mate!

I'd definitely like to see an all-German final myself. If Bayern doesn't make it to the final, I'm hoping Dortmund will.

Thanks...I want to see that. I thought it was a nice touch that Mourinho was in the stands to see Dortmund crush Fürth (which to be fair, they absolutely should have).

Oh, I was making fun of Sir Alex's comments on how RVP could have died after getting a ball kicked into his head.

Honestly of all the teams, I think the easiest path to the final would have been BVB. (Considering that it's over two legs, I think Bayern's depth and experience could have seen them through.) But as for Barca? Oof. Hard to say. Barcelona are never, ever easy to beat, but if any team can it's Bayern. Barcelona's defense is incredibly suspect, and lots of their defenders are injured. (Even a full health defense for Barcelona isn't great.) Bayern will be able to expose Dani Alves and Jordi Alba, who while very good players tend forget that they are in fact defenders are not wingers. Ribery and Robben will be able to give service to Gomez/Pizarro, and hopefully goals will be scored.

Sucks Mandzukic will miss though, he could have done to Xavi what he did to Pirlo and pressed him and disrupted his game. Bayern will miss his work ethic and ability to harass midfielders.

It'll also boil down to if Bayern can stop Messi. Obviously Bayern need to reveil the plan to keep Tymoshchuk at one yellow card so he can keep Messi invisible the whole time.

But really, Schweinsteiger and Martinez (who has more experience with Spanish sides, obviously) will need to work VERY hard to shut down La Pulga. Dante will also need to come up massive, since DVB is too slow to keep up with Messi and Boateng makes poor life choices. (Dante and Lahm both one card away from suspension too, so they need to behave themselves.)
