Typically New Orleans criminals are dumb. You have to realize, they often fail to graduate from the schools that are considered among the worst in the nation.

That's like failing to place at the Special Olympics.

Agreed. Facebook really does help us identify stupid more expediently than before social media but after warning labels on any and every thing. Granted, they usually have reproduced before Darwin comes into the picture, but its easier to discover them than it was in previous decades.

Agreed. I was in Metairie several years ago. I went to a few stores and a Denny's and at each place, I felt like I was some rich philanthropic visiting an impoverished 3rd world country. The Metairie people I encountered were poorly educated and downtrodden, like they were all suffering from severe depression.

And so he has reached the pinnacle of his life. The whole point to all his living was to get a necklace. My life! My life! My lifedom for a necklace! And to taunt those rich selfish bastards who unfairly got necklaces when I didn't! Now we can spend $60, 000 a year to house and feed and guard him. No wonder we have no money for schools, education, counseling.

From TFA:

A few days later, the victim began receiving threatening messages on Instagram, a social media website that allows users to share photos. In the pictures, a man taunted the victim while wearing one of the stolen necklaces, daring him to do something about it, the arrest report said.

Looks like he did do something about it.

As far as Farkers are concerned, that's the definition of rape.

That worked back in the day when "joining the Army" meant becoming de facto sniper targets for Charlie to practice on. Nowadays, I don't want someone this stupid having access to Predator drones and going to countries where they ALREADY think Americans are stupid, entitled morons. He's better off in prison, really.

And I remember when those same idiots would rape and murder civilians in the countries they were in, and would commit wartime atrocities and sell secrets and arms to the enemy.

There's a reason why you can't get in the military with a criminal history anymore.

Actual bowling, but there was alcohol involved. Actually, we pre-func'd the bowling for at least 4 hours. The Denny's had a bar too. Everyone was drunk/high.

I love how he confessed to the threats, but insists he 's innocent concerning the theft.  IANAL, but wouldn't the threatening messages be worse, criminal-justice-wise, than the theft?
