Yeah, let's make sure the schoolchildren have to throw away food, so we can spoil our under-represented customers dogs.

Next up: giving dogs the vote, while continuting to disenfranchise non-GOP AKA non-human voters.

Meh.

My dog wants a mobile "biatch in heat" truck. He says he'll give up beef jerky anddoggy cookies if he can
get laid just once a year for his 12 years....

"Dogs are under-served at the curb."

Need more fire hydrants.

Wonder if the SBA made a loan for this idiocy.

I saw one of these at the Tempe Art Festival. I just shook my head, sadly.

*please don't be in Austin, please don't be in Austin, please don't be in Austin--ahhh*

Although I'm sure they're planning one. They have refrigerated pet-food sections in almost every store here already.

I'm OK with this.

This is nothing new, food trucks have been serving dog for years in China.

What the hell is a food truck event? Around here they usually stay in one place or have routes they take daily.

All tacos are created equal. As long as they're good, and not that Taco Bell shiat.

Javier Soto talked to Aaron Methvin about the creative concept. "In 2012, they recognized that dogs are under-served at the curb," he tells us.

Oh shiat, another marketing major with nothing in his little head but a low-concept idea. Hey! People like truck food! Hey! People like dogs! It's gold, Jerry!

Several trucks converge on one spot and serve food to customers.  Usually in a large parking lot for just a few hours.

Can we make a separation between "gimmicky high-end mobile trend food" and "actual food trucks that serve food to folks that actually need the concession?" I've worked on concession trucks - there's a big difference between going to a job site and keeping folks fed for breakfast & lunch, and having one of these reindeer-goat-cheese-pizza-serving-assmunches on wheels glide up and triple the price of a friggin' slice.

Those who provide a needed concession are known as "roach coaches."

Pet food and supplies may be the only industry that can lift America out of its economic slump.
