I'm kind of with Izzo when they interviewed him during the tournament... Something is obviously wrong with the guy. So it's not only bad what he's done, but hopefully he works his issues out as well.

Gets his ass kicked by his peers, takes it out on subordinate kids.

Am I the only one who thinks the whole Mike Rice story has been overblown?  Make no mistake, his behavior was terrible, and Rutgers had good reason to fire him... it's just that I think the initial decision not to fire him falls well short of a scandal.  I don't understand why the AD had to go down and the university president is in jeopardy over this.

Because then they can fire the AD, give him a massive severance package, raise ticket prices to cover the severance package and new AD hire, and keep the prices high even after the current issues are paid for?

/I'm told college athletics are all about money

This.
Well there is. A loudmouthed who can't back his talk up that goes running and tells once somebody shuts his mouth up. At least it seems Rice wasn't one of these.

Dude is a well documented pussy though.
