Arias' palm print was found in blood at the scene, along with nude photos of her and Alexander from the day of the killing.

I think that we, the public should be allowed to examine these photos, to determine her guilt.

Well of course you would use your own feces.  Using someone else's feces is just gross.

No, it won't.  10+ years before she rides sparky.  Nobody will remember.

This farking trial and that harpy Nancy Grace are the reason why I have boycotted CNN. Why THIS trial to dissect in excruciating detail in the media? It doesn't serve the public good to have that kind of access to a trial filled with salacious details. It has sex and murder and Merika loves that shiat so they feed it to us.

I weep for Merika

She's hot, (seemed) horny, and murdered someone violently. Those things together are pretty rare, I just wonder why the trial is lasting so long.

Do we really need to ask?  For a violent murderous felon, she's attractive.  Attractive women get viewers and readers.  Viewers and readers means advertising money.

If she looked like this it probably wouldn't have even made it to the local news.

She should get the chair for that painting.  If you have to label a portrait, you fail as an artist.

She's hot she boned a lot of dudes and the prosecutor was willing to spend an entire day discussing the best lube for anal sex.  It's like a live action fifty shades of grey for mommies who need titillation

That's part of it. I think the reason is because she planned the murder. This wasn't a case of an abused woman who snapped and killed. She dyed her hair, rented a car from a city she didn't live in, asked for one that was not red so it wouldn't be too noticeable, bought gas cans to fill up in CA so she would not be caught on security cameras in AZ buying gas, stole her grandfather's gun, put the rental car's license plate upside down so it was less likely to be read, then when she got to Travis' apartment, she basically tricked him then tried a Rasputin and when he didn't die fast enough, slit his throat almost to the spine. Then she tried to clean up the crime scene, got rid of the weapons in the desert where they would never be found, and then told different stories to police, including one about "ninjas".

No, she's not the first woman to kill her boyfriend, but I think the obvious premeditation makes it a bit different.

I have no idea why it is taking so long, and why Arias had to spend something over 16 days on the stand. It's kind of bizarre in that aspect, too. In a lot of murder cases, the defendant never takes the stand.

As for the "kinky sex" part, I think that whole thing is utterly ridiculous. The media is trying to make it as salacious as possible, but nothing the two of them did was particularly "kinky". It's more like "Morman kinky" - something that someone who is not particularly sexually adventurous thinks is "kinky."  As far as I am concerned, oral sex is not kinky. Tying someone's limbs to the bed is not kinky. It's really rather tame and I think the only reason any of it is being mentioned is that the defense is trying to paint the victim as a "sexual degenerate" who degraded the defendant sexually. Which is a load of crap.

I'm confused as to why this circus continues. My understanding was that it was pretty obvious she is guilty. Why do we keep hearing all these details about her sorry sex life and about her art sales? I really don't give a fark.

For some reason, these "High Profile" cases seem to drag on FOREVER. Does anyone have a reason why? If instead of Jodi Arias the Cute Psycho, it was La'Tanisha Washington the Obese Psycho, the trial would have been over in a week and she'd be on death row already. Crazy double standard. Speedy trial my ass...

Wouldn't you do everything possible at trial to stay out of prison for the rest of your life?  Ignoring how you got to that position in the first place, anyway.

Jodi Arias probably thinks she's very important right now.
Her biggest fans are Nancy Gracr, her defense attorney (who she's probably boning or giving head to), and the MSM who have nothing more important to do (though there are MANY serious issues that don't get the coverage they deserve),

Welcome to news-as-entertainment. Murrow is rolling in his grave.

Sure.

Wait - so you are suggesting that Arias' rambling tales of dirty, dirty sex is the modern-day equivalent of 1,000 Arabian Nights?

I'm not sure it's the premeditation (lot's of 'black widow' types out there) I maintain it is the sex + violence that makes the case most sensational. Those are not things women are usually into. Most women murder by proxy or use something like poison or (at most) a gun. The fact that she seems normal (not some drugged out, street gang banger skank) AND is really hot just boosts it over the top.

Is it wrong of me to be jealous of the victim? Yeah... it probably is.
