Smeggy Smurf: Last night I chopped up 3lbs of pollock, chopped up half a can of pineapples, mixed in 3 cups of panko and 3 eggs. A healthy dose of salt, pepper and paprika for seasoning. Bake at 350 until the fish is 165F. Serve with green beans sauteed in pork fat. Wash it down with the pineapple juice from the can mixed with an equal amount of vodak.I'm not saying it was great but it made a turd.
