The bill was approved by more than two-thirds of the lower chamber, despite opposition from the Catholic Church.

bwahahahaha good to see there's a dent in the overwhelming influence of the Church on everything Latin American whether they believe in that shiat or not.

America, champion of freedom and civil rights*

*for heterosexuals, whiteand Christians...

This will be another situation where Americas name is far down the list on countries extending rights to everyone, but we'll still pretend like we are the world leader in freedom production.
