Yeah, good luck with that. The simple fact is that the USG effectively ignores illegal white immigrants, be they the 50,000 illegal Irish here, or the 75,000 Canadians here illegally, or this German family, who...BTW, do NOT face deportation.

Thank you Mr Obvious.  Pointing this out totally dismisses the hypocrisy of the numerous right wing ideologues mentioned in the article and their unnamed fans who apparently consider this specific deportation case to be something to care about.

And no, subby didn't suggest the Republican Party is behind support for this issue, "Republicans" is not necessarily defined as "the entire Republican party".

Hey, education is a continuous self-directed process. Sometimes we supplement it with instruction from others. But feel free to harp on that part of his/her statement if you like.

What I'd most like to know about the statement is: if the parental instruction isn't taking place on their time, on who's time is it taking place?
