Meh.  Not as good as the Battlestar Galactica/Friends opening credits.

Wow, didn't even hear about those. That was some tight editing. I agree. This one was OK, but they definitely nailed it with the BSG one.

/I want a clockwork Sunnydale

The application of Buffy-style credit effects noticeably reduced the quality of the production.

Actually, it's a real biatch to get those subtitles to work right. Now granted, I had just Windows Movie Maker at the time, this is as close as I could ever get (no need to watch past the first character or two, you'll get the point). I now have Magix and it's still damn near impossible.

/haven't made a video like these in a few years
//maybe things are easier now

I was expecting to see a mash up of the two theme songs and preparing to be underwhelmed.  This was actually pretty enjoyable.  The clips were nicely matched to the music.

/Would also like to see a reverse with buffy clips to the GoT opening

90s GoT opening is a little better I think.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fPgIIB67bw

Eh, not that good really.

This is much better.

I almost wish I got HBO (or whatever GoT is on), but I've been enjoying Vikings immensely.  GoT apparently has a heavy fantasy element, in Vikings it is muted a lot more.  Seems a little more 'real'.

How is the story-telling in GoT?  Is it actually good, or is it all just hype?

The actor playing Ragnar seems to be channeling.

the accents are thick and hard to understand in places and there are a crap ton of characters to keep up with but it's pretty good.

I didn't watch much xena.  It didn't seem so much Soap Opera-ish as bad.

Soaps, whether it is pro-wrestling or one life to live, generally involve character driven drama with a dozen actors who have fleshed out characters.  Xena was about, well, xena running around doing stuff, and a couple other recurring characters, wasn't it?

Spartacus had to show tits, so you didn't feel as gay watching the show.
