These guys are all over the Vegas strip. They're pretty funny actually. It's kind of unsettling to see two Mickey Mouses (Mickey Mice?) standing on the same block, one with a dirty, moth eaten costume. Your brain is screaming at you that one of them is an imposter.
Oh yeah, they don't move. They just stand there looking creepy.
