Anonymous kidney donor?

Did he wear a Guy Fawkes mask?

She should have had to buy that kidney.  He should have gotten fair market value, so if someone was willing to buy it for a higher price, she was SOL.

Free market applies to humans or their parts!

The only problem I see with this is that this guy is basically SOL if he has kidney problems down the road.  Or does his name get elevated on a transplant list because what he did?

What's the going rate for a kidney?  At least 100 sessions of anal and 1000 BJs?  she better pay the guy up.

"Anonymous donation" means you don't know who got it and they don't know who gave it. Otherwise you're trading an organ for attention, whore.

Me, I'd rather sell mine. Make your reservation before both my kidneys are pickled.

If you want anal & BJs guys can offer those too. Double your chances, you know.

I just read about donors being disqualified from most types of health insurance.

Yikes.

Nah. When they fail, they both fail. If you eat healthy and don't drink shiatloads of coffee and stuff (that'll irritate the kidneys) you're no worse off with one than with two.

Does Obamacare "fix" that with the preexisting conditions rule?

I hate to admit this, but the porno plot style "however can I repay you...?" was the first thing that crossed my mind too.

I need to get out more.

The world would be a happier place if oral (whichever way you prefer it) was legal tender.

They then went to dinner and shared some liver and onions.

The only living closeish relative of mine with my blood type is my dad, everyone else is a different blood type. So if I ever need a kidney and hes not a match or already dead at that time Im boned, so Im not gonna sign up to see if Im a match for anyone.

Didn't this woman have a filter?

It would save a few lives if people could get paid to donate. Unemployeed? About to lose your house? Maybe 5 or 10 grand wouldn't be too little, and yet in medical terms 5 or 10 grand isn't a whole lot to pay. What is that, about 2 days in the ER?

I have some sperm to donate. Mrs. Katolu doesn't want it.

I'm hoping to donate a kidney later this year. I've passed preliminary screening, and in the next couple of months extensive testing will determine if my kidneys are acceptable.

Obamacare means I have hope of reasonably priced health care in the future.

You don't have to be a match to a particular person to help them out.

"A kidney exchange is an innovative twist on efforts aimed at increasing the donor pool by giving people who are unable to receive a kidney from a loved one or friend the opportunity to still receive a kidney through an exchange between incompatible donor-recipient pairs."

QFT (from someone who's very, very close to losing my house).
