Yeah that seems about right. I remember my coach on my youth hockey league was sentenced to coaching us as a community service. We were a rag tag bunch of misfits but lovable. Our convict coach did some recruiting in the local ghetto and we even got one of the best players from the championship team re-zoned so he had to play for us. We even beat the those champions who by the way were a bunch a-holes. Ah! Good times! Good times.
Vancouver parents who heckle opposing players or referees at their children's hockey, soccer or basketball games could soon find themselves doing 100 push-ups or lugging oranges to the next game as a form of punishment.
Considering some of the size of the parents who attended my soccer games growing up, that's essentially a death sentence.
