She's one of the few actors that actually started the show as a teenager so she's had some room to grow. And she has grown.

Maybe I just haven't been paying attention but I haven't heard about any infighting or scandals coming from the GoT camp, so it looks like everyone gets along pretty well. And if pictures are to be believed, they certainly look like normal, fun, friendly people.
