The only guy in the LCMS who was able to call himself a bishop is from the English District, which my husband belongs as Pastor Emeritus and also our current congregation we attend services. If our Bishop pulls that drinking while driving crap, I will personally give him a cock-punch, and urge the judge to let him rot in jail for utter stupidity and disregard for human life.
