That's what I'm trying to figure out. I'm guessing set the cruise control, tilt the seat back, and arch the hips up in some yoga move. But how would he see and control the car? The article doesn't say anything about the car being a convertible so you have to figure the roof into the setup.

I'm guessing there's a bit of "in the closet making babies and I saw one of the babies and then the baby looked at me" going on here. Guy probably thrust his hips towards the window and she's embellished the story into its current state.
