Some do, but the complication rate is high and you can end up impotent or with a dick that can't feel anything. Definitely not worth the risk just because one has watched too much porn and doesn't know what a normal sized penis is. If has a member over 4" length and of average girth, it should be enough to please any lady, as long as one know how to use it.
