This is the kind of shiat that makes the Lacey act so scary. This kind of thing can go federal, did you know that? With regard to plants and animals, it is federally illegal to be unlawfully in possession of a plant or animal in violation of federal law... or any state law... or any Indian tribal law... OR any FOREIGN law.

I'm all for wildlife preservation, but this shiat is REALLY out of control.
