Well they dont pay enough to move to a location. So if you have attractive ladies in the area you're going to get a few at the local Hooters. There is a reason why Twin Peaks/Hooters/Tilted Kilt calenders are mostly California, Florida, Texas and Oklahoma. Ok not so much packed with Oklahoma but we get a few in there.

And unless that's written into her employment contract, you can't farking do that.

Would you try to argue that a woman gets a job at Hooters for anything other than her appearance?

I remember reading somewhere that Hooters hires them as "entertainers" and not waitresses. That way they can ensure their employees all have a certain appearance.
