It's not nice to fool Mother Nature. Be happy with what you were born with.

Healthy, normal breasts should never be 'augmented'.

robohobo: We haven't seen her 'before' rack. They might have been fried-egg floppers.

Anything real is better than anything fake.

If you pay for a 'Budget Boob Job'
You really have self esteem issues and the money would be much better spent on counseling.

Better to have mosquito bites over lopsided and scarred enhancements.

A great example of why a "satisfaction guarantee" is worthless. If they (anybody selling anything or doing any job for you) can't do it right the first time, can you trust them to make it better?

I work in an OR in the OC and SoCal people who are crazy enough get their third world plastic surgery down in TJ even though it's turned into a war zone/slaughter house from Hostel. The surgeon made 4 bad mistakes. The incision is 3 times too long, the closurses were atrocious, the previous scars weren't excised and the subcutaneous tissue under the skin wasn't closed which is why the scars look so bad. The pec muscle wasn't cut vertically down from the nipple to the inframammary crease which gives the breast a "double bubble" effect and robs it of the pleasing lower roundness. It also makes the breast look compressed and unnatural. We actually have people from the UK come to our hospital because they don't want to take a chance on a Brit doctor.

robohobo: I'd agree, about 75% of the time. Then there's push-up bras and high heels, which are complete lie-wear. Also makeup.

Bras, heels and make-up can be removed / scraped off. Boob jobs are for life. The only two valid reasons for getting one (that I know of) is if the woman has had a mastectomy or has breasts so heavy they're breaking her back.

But sometimes a terrible rack needs some help.

I have never seen breasts that were so bad that surgery would make them look better, and I go to nudist beaches. I'm not saying they don't exist, but I've never seen em. Not even in old National Geographic magazines.

But when the bandages were removed her breasts were left in such a terrible state that she returned to the clinic repeatedly for corrective follow-up operations, but each time the result was worse.

For fark's sake, how many times do they have to screw up before you don't go back?  If I hire someone to build a fence and they do a crappy job, I might give them a couple chances to make it right.  For something like surgery, I wouldn't go back after the first problem.  Did she think they were going to get better at it with practice?

How does this happen at all? I mean, really?

Think about it. You're a terrible "surgeon" and you know you're in way over your head. There's no possible way you can pass off a decent boob job, but you try anyway.

It's just not a good long term scam.

Maybe I'm too practical.

And ethical.
