For fark's sake, how many times do they have to screw up before you don't go back?  If I hire someone to build a fence and they do a crappy job, I might give them a couple chances to make it right.  For something like surgery, I wouldn't go back after the first problem.  Did she think they were going to get better at it with practice?

Bras, heels and make-up can be removed / scraped off. Boob jobs are for life. The only two valid reasons for getting one (that I know of) is if the woman has had a mastectomy or has breasts so heavy they're breaking her back.

I work in an OR in the OC and SoCal people who are crazy enough get their third world plastic surgery down in TJ even though it's turned into a war zone/slaughter house from Hostel. The surgeon made 4 bad mistakes. The incision is 3 times too long, the closurses were atrocious, the previous scars weren't excised and the subcutaneous tissue under the skin wasn't closed which is why the scars look so bad. The pec muscle wasn't cut vertically down from the nipple to the inframammary crease which gives the breast a "double bubble" effect and robs it of the pleasing lower roundness. It also makes the breast look compressed and unnatural. We actually have people from the UK come to our hospital because they don't want to take a chance on a Brit doctor.

My surgical tech days story is not augmentation but reduction as in Holy God where did you go to get those two Russian watermelons? ... and one time a repair surgery for an implant that had rotated so the lower rounded shape was now up above and her nipple ... well it wasn't where it was supposed to be.

Sorry, but I don't think this is a "you get what you pay for" - she's Slovak and had it done in Slovakia, so it's not medical tourism.

The only reason this appears in the Fail is because it was bought and paid for by some plastic surgeon or lobbyist group.
