Meth users, especially habitual ones, will often fall asleep after they've been up for a while, even if they've just done some more. Eventually the body just gets worn out and demands a few hours of rest. And when meth users fall out, they fall out hard...it's really difficult to wake them up.

As for administering it while he was asleep, if he was an IV user, that's one possibility. All you've got to do is be able to hit a vein, which isn't hard; the Army teaches "combat lifesavers" how to do that (in order to give someone a saline IV) in a day-long course. Another possibility is he could have administered it rectally.

I don't see how making a confession bear on a website known for attention whoring falls closer to a signed confession than what people say in songs. I would love to see the lawyers try to justify it having any weight though.

Supposedly, one of the posters on 4-Chan offered to share "where she is buried" (the girl in the picture) if someone could guess what their post number would be. Someone did, so the person posted coordinates. Someone shared these with law enforcement, and it turns out that the body of the missing girl in the picture was found there.

Well, that's the story, and it makes a nice little graphic. No idea what the truth of it is.
