Dear (all the students in middle and high school who shouted out "when will I ever need to know this in real life?" during science class),

This is what science does. It makes things awesome. Sure there might be a flavor or texture problem in the first round of the choco-booze, but it will get fixed. If you still hate science, please refrain from eating the choco-booze, or using anything science derived.
