Grass fed or grain fed?

I honestly don't care.  Nothing quite compares to the taste of a well prepared steak, a baked sweet potato drowning in butter and a nice cold beer.  If I feel like really enjoying myself maybe a little bourbon and a cigar too.  So what if it kills me a few years earlier.  So many people these days have bodies that are still going long after the mind turns to mush with dementia.  I've seen that happen and would rather enjoy myself and go a little sooner than subject my family to that .

I think this is one of those things that's confused by journalists, not scientists.

Red meat probably has something or other that increases risk of heart problems given that some other factors X, Y, and Z exists. If scientists aren't quite sure what X, Y, or Z are, then they won't be able to design quite as effective experiments that specifically test those variables. Without knowing, it's only a matter of luck or intuition if an experiment is designed to take into account X, Y, or Z. Leading to this situation where one study says "RED MEAT IS TEH DEVILS" and another says "Chill about red meat, bro".

I'll take that risk.  Life without steak is not worth living.

We are meant to eat steak. If that means we are meant to die of heart disease, then so be it.

I read TFA...simply create a pill to remove the gut bacteria...and let us get back to eating our steak.
