I've never understood the tendency to make burgers and sandwiches so big that no human could possibly fit them in their mouth. How the fark are you even supposed to eat that?

I've done fried brain sandwiches before, they aren't bad. kinda like tofu, tasted like the breading more than anything else

I don't see how the 26 minute joke applies here.  I mean, I guess it makes sense but it's usually used in the context of a superficiality/shallowness of one's character.

About twice a month I stop by Dairy Queen for a FlameThrower burger, but I go for the 1/4 pound version. The normal 1/2 pound is just too much meat.

Michigan, New York and Vermont seem to be the fat content winners.
I actually had the Beignet at Cafe du Mond in New Orleans. Friend I was with said it was one of those required things if you are in New Orleans. It was not that great.

At the Minnesota State Fair you can actually buy deep-fried butter.

You know how I know the author never visited a decent San Diego Mexican joint?  They didn't list Carne Asada Fries.  that's right mu-fuggahs...pile of french fries, topped with carne asada beef, guacamole, salsa fresca, cheese (sometimes shredded, sometimes nacho sauce), sour cream, and as much salsa as you can handle on the side.

Of all the fatting shiat in Texas, they go with the farking corndog?  A goddamn CORNDOG?  Cheezus on a Raptor.  What about something like... deep-fried fajitas or chili with cornbread or something?

I did not get fat on farking hotdogs dropped in cornbread.

Neese's sells pretty good Scrapple made in Greensboro and have you North Carolinians never been to Nahunta?  That's some righteous liver mush.

MN is a DQ burger? Have you EVEN BEEN to the MN State Fair?! They deep fry moose for cripes sake. Cripes.

Yea, well..It's fried dough.  But how about a po-boy made of hollowed-out French bread, with layer upon layer of bacon, lettuce, tomato, and fried shrimp, then topped off with melted butter?

First the list fails for labeling KC in Kansas. Second burnt ends is the proper name for the dish. Third when they get to Missouri they pick a Hardee's burger. Toasted ravioli, gooey butter cake, or springflied style cashew chicken would be better picks

Oooh, that meatloaf has some possibilities.  I think I would go for a leaner beef mixture, since the bacon's playing the fat.  That would be awesome with ground venison.

Bob Evans was the best they could come up with for the entire state of O-hi-uh? How about the entire menu at Sokolowski's University Inn?
