I'm debating over whether to go out to a bar or stay home tonight. It's been a long time since I've gone out to watch a PPV, but the possibility of being dragged into an argument over who's more awesome (Cena or Rock) is making me wonder if this whole in-person sociability thing is overrated.

Worst case scenario: Predictable as hell with HHH/Cena getting the wins back and it is all redemption; Taker wins and the match is boring since they are both hurt, Orton wins, Ziggler opens BUT doesn't cash in, Del Rio wins as a superface and that's it, Puffy gets more time so they shorten interesting things, Ryback wins a terrible match


Average case scenario: Predictable as hell with HHH/Cena getting the wins back and it is all redemption; Taker wins and the match is boring since they are both hurt, Orton wins, Ziggler opens and cashes in, Puffy gets more time so they shorten interesting things, Ryback wins a terrible match

Best case scenario: The crowd chants "WE WANT RYDER" during HHH-Bork, something other than Cena celebrating with the troops to end the match, Ziggler cashes, Mizark carries Ryback somehow to a good big man match, Fandango is a great wrestler and that match goes 20 minutes, and out of nowhere Punk-Taker closes (if they close, I don't care how it ends since at least we won't know for sure what the outcome is)

Anyone know how to request the mods/admins to greenlight this at 5pm? I'm going to blame the Captain (because like Cena, he can take our jeers), but Preshow starts at 6pm. That would give us an hour of prep/hijinks, then preshow. It's a lot to ask of them though, especially given that the thread runs til post-11 probably. Is that something you use farkback for, it doesn't seem like the notify mod/admin buttons are meant for that

Preshow = Barrett vs Miz for IC title = Miz wins because frankly, no one cares.
Tons of Funk vs Rhodes Scholars = Scholars win, but Funks celebrate in the end
Jericho vs Fandango = I can't believe this is a WM match. Jericho wins but Dangoo celebrates in the end
Lesnar vs HHH = HHH wins since Lesnar won last time. HHH gets his revenge because it's best for business-eh
Hell No vs Dolph & E = Dolph and E win, leading to the Kane/Dragon split
Ryback vs Henry = Henry wins in a better match than expected, leading to Rybacks heel turn
Supermen vs Shield = Shield in a hell of a match, leading to Orton's poop turn
Undertaker vs Punk = before Bearers death I would have said Punk, but the way things have gone since then, I'm saying Taker. I want Cena vs Taker at Mania XXX

I think it MIGHT happen tonight. I doubt it, but maybe. Oh that's right, Vince, you don't have anyone else kids like. You don't have Sheamus or Kofi Kingston or Alberto Del Rio (for the Mexican kids) or Brodus Clay or Daniel Bryan or hot divas or countless other talented individuals who you know how to get kids to like that you can turn face if needed. As for your taker thing. I'm still a fan that the last WM match should be Taker vs. Unified (or WWE Champ) in a Belt vs. Streak match. However, it would be VERY classy if there was a Taker-Kane double retirement match and it ended with them after about 40 minutes, collapsing and having a double pin. Match is declared a draw, Taker is undefeated, but Kane is the first not to lose, both retire out of respect for the final match.

The original plan for the IC and Euro titles was an 8-man double ladder match with each belt on the line individually.

John Cena was reportedly booed out of the building by the live crowd at Madison Square Garden, and even a Make-A-Wish video that WWE aired featuring Cena received a negative reaction from the crowd.
