As long as we are all complaining, we never got the Monday NHL Power Rankings thread this week, either....  (and I even had a pretty good headline for it.)

I'd lay better odds on seeing a farker there than seeing the gloves drop on the rink this game.  Habs-B's has  been more of a fan-violence thing lately, even this year now the Habs have finally given up and realised you can't win a Cup on finesse alone.

I've moved a lot. The college teams are because of the boyfriend (my university doesn't have a football team).

Imagine being a Rangers fan in the middle of Bruins territory. Let's just say I nearly gave myself a stroke trying to contain myself in a sports bar when the Rangers beat the Bruins in overtime a while back.

Don't care for the college team.  ('Canes fan, '02, etc.)  Honestly don't have a lot of hate for the Rangers; '94 was the first year I really started following hockey.  (I'm from FL; we don't really do hockey down here.  Went to Boston with a friend to catch a game v.s. flyers in the old gahden.  Bourque scored late in the first, place exploded, and I fell in love.)  That said, yeah, you're definitely in enemy territory.

Sure!  And give me whatever meagre points I can salvage on my train wreck of a bracket.  Thankfully, I don't really care all that much about basketball.

Lived in FL for 15 years. I remember when the Lightning won the Cup in 2004. And when the Bucs won the Superbowl. Both times, the Tampa Bay area exploded.

I've been to the Gahden for a Celtics-Cavs game a few months back. I'd love to go to a hockey game for the excitement (and fights), but time and finances have prevented that so far.

Hang on, that's Carolina's entire major- and minor-league goalie staff hurt or hooked, isn't it?  Do they have one of the mascots tied up out there Milhouse-fashion for the rest of the game?

Michigan is my last hope, thank the God(s) I didn't have any actual money in there this year...

Don't know, but Ellis embarrassed himself by assisting Ryan Callahan's goal.

Oh man, I'm in Orlando.  I was working in a bar when the Bolts took it.  I finally got the bartender to put finals on around game three.  People didn't know what the hell was going on.  "Hey, is that the Lightning?  Is hockey in the playoffs now?  And they're still in?"  "Um, yeah, this is the finals.  It's game three, a game apiece."

That was my only time in Boston.  We did catch a Celtics game, as well.  I'd love to get up for a B's game, and I'd love to see the new(er) Gahden.  (Time and finances, as well.) The old one was terrible, and yet oh-so-sweet.  Fold down tiny wood slat chairs.  For the Celtics game I discovered what "obstructed view" seats are.  They consisted of the upper level and a giant pillar blocking the view.  I got to see half the court and David Robinson from the crotch down.  (That didn't last.  We employed the oft-used find better empty seats and sit there until they're properly claimed strategy.)

Carey Price is pissing me off.
