What the fark were they expecting? They were in a legally grey area but all they had to do was keep away from sports and financial instruments and they would have been golden. But instead, they just had to offer people what were essentially futures options and got rightfully shut down because of it.

I'm sorry, boys. Put the Intrade brothers' seats on the exchange up for sale at once. Seize all assets of Intrade & Intrade Commodity Brokers, as well as all personal holdings of Randolph and Mortimer Intrade.
