Viner is accused of having sent a long, expletive-filled email message to sheriff's deputies threatening to kill Obama. The writer referred to himself as God and said he also intended to kill a Lee County deputy "and his family then the entire Lee County Sheriff's Department," according to the arrest report.

Now that he's in custody, he'll get the free psych help and medication that he couldnt afford on the street which wouldve curbed his psychotic behavior that lead to him threatening the President who ran on the platform for free healthcare.

I for one am glad the NRA is there to make sure this man can buy as many guns as he can afford. The NRA does a great service to this country by blocking any legislation that would prevent this guy from getting lots of guns.

I'm happy if my tax dollars (or in this case, tax pennies) are spent to help dangerously crazy people get some help to make them less dangerously crazy.

Ownership of firearms is limited. For example, convicted felons, or those convicted of domestic violence are prohibited from owning firearms.

(Actually, I'm not entirely sure about the DV one. I know in the Navy a DV conviction was a big deal for security clearance issues, but I could be wrong about civilians.)
