The article does not mention fresh food that are then frozen. I am aware of farm fresh food not being properly cleaned may have  E coli.  By reading the posted article  you might understand.

I live near a Tyson factory. I was joking with the lady about the delicious friend chicken I always smelled. She then told me "No we just process them here. We don't even kill them. It is the washing station" -I looked confused then walked away. Basically once place slaughters---one place cleans--then they go on another truck to be packaged--then they get packaged and go to the grocery store.
Your frozen food-
Gets made somewhere---maybe or maybe not cooked in the same place--then sent somewhere else to be packaged. Then sent to a distribution center-then on a truck AGAIN to your store.
SERIOUSLY just really. My food has been more places than I have by the time it flipping makes it to my table.
