Upon reading this I immediately ran out to the barn, grabbed a chicken and vaccinated him. Don't know how he's going to react to the herd's  Clostridium Perfringens Types C & D Antitoxin we use on the Angus, but I dutifully did as told. Immediately got something vaccinated.

This particular strain is fairly new to humans and it's been quite effective thus far so while I never advise one to panic - it might be an jolly good idea to stock up your pantry.

There are 1,354,040,000 people in China. Millions have probably already been exposed by now, and only 6 have died as a result.

The way these things are presented it's as if everyone who gets exposed dies as a result, but that's blatant fearmongering detached from scientific reason.

I think the goal is to avoid that.

WHO's goal?

Exactly. The answer's right there.

What answer?

WHO...Duh!
