Dragonflew: "It will have an all-electric driving range of about 20 miles on a full charge, which will power it for about two-and-a-half hours, according to Porsche."

2.5 hours to go 20 miles is 8 miles an hour.  Since the top speed of the car is just over 80 miles an hour (electric), I think they dropped a zero.

Or it acually will provide the driving experience of a golf cart.

Eddie Adams from Torrance: StrikitRich: With a 95 horsepower electric motor in addition to 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engine, the Panamera E-Hybrid will have a maximum power output of 415 horsepower. It will have an all-electric driving range of about 20 miles on a full charge, which will power it for about two-and-a-half hours, according to Porsche.

20 mile range?  Pretty crappy for a touring car.

20 miles on battery only. Assuming you have some cash leftover, you can always put some gasoline in.

Kind of my point?  Why bother paying for the hybrid if the gas only model is cheaper.
