Vampyros Lesbos and the Dr. Orloff films... plus, Vampyros... has a ~great~ soundtrack...

Try Venus in Furs or Love Letters From a Portuguese Nun.

Female Vampire/Erotikill is probably my favorite, starring Franco's muse/wife Lina Romay, who sadly also passed a few months ago. Sad news for fans of weird-ass (and occasionally brilliant) cinema.

You might want to give "A Bell from Hell" by Claudio Guerin Hill a look. It's an early seventies, psycho-thriller/revenge flick with these three hot chicks and their recently-released-from-a-mental-institution (uh-oh!) stepbrother, all alone together in this creepy old villa...just workin' things out. Midway through, there's a scene in an abbatoir that your lady friend might find...(ahem)...interesting.
