Pork.

I wonder if they offer a Kosher version.

I put pulled pork on a grilled hot dog this weekend with my homemade South Carolina-style mustard barbecue sauce and some spicy slaw.  It was mind-blowing.

*drool*

What, pray tell, is SC-style mustard?  Or do you mean SC-style mustard-based BBQ sauce?  (Which I got addicted to when I lived in Clemson.)

I cannot WAIT until the temperature up here in Northern Alberta gets warm enough for my grill to hold heat.  Above freezing would be nice.

Dammit. Now I'm even more bummed that I can't be at the home opener tomorrow. I started drooling at my desk when I read about the waffle fries with crab dip on them.

My brother and I did the same thing. We vowed to go right to Dempsey's and get an order the next time we go to The Yard.

Granted, I have to go home and look up said recipe in my binder.  I don't have it on me.

While I won't go as far as to agree with you, most commercial Old Bay mixes are way too salty for me.

As to ballpark concessions:  call me when the Orioles cross promote with SCORES Baltimore.

Sigh.

Well, if it shortens the line for Boog's I'm okay with it.

Why do people eat sea roaches? WHY?

They shut that down after last season.

Boog's line moved pretty quick last time I was up there, but it's been a couple of years.

Despite your disdain I've got to try the waffle fries with crab dip and maybe the cupcake.  I usually just eat at Boog's--Esskay hot dogs suck.  However, Nationals Park edges the Yards out until Baltimore gets Ben's Chili Bowl and Shake Shack.

Now they have to kill you.

As I'm part Italian, I add garlic too. Old bay could have a version for us dagos that includes garlic, but that would probably violate tradition or whatever.

This violates my 'don't eat food from a grill at a baseball stadium' rule.  Pork and bacon?  You could die.  But pretending you live, when you go out after the game you're going to need a bathroom somewhere.  Public toilets.  You can't win.  You paid $50 for tickets, $30 for parking, and $15 for undercooked pork and all it got you was pulled over for speeding home with your cheeks pinched together.

Esskay hot dogs are the worst.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell. Looks like the Reds down the Halos again.  And Hamilton's pretty much pickingup where he left off last season: six strikeouts on 12 at-bats. Struck out 3 times today and went down swinging to end the game.

He got his first hit as an Angel, though, and is batting a blistering .083 so far.
