I'm not sure what subby's on about the only thing unattractive about Kim Kardashian always has been and forever will be her shiatty vapid personality. The rest of her is gorgeous, all plastic surgery jokes aside. And she looks great in those photos. Pregnancy boobs are coming in very nicely.

Serious question - why do people intentionally do that to their lips? Are there people who get shiat shot into their lips that do look good so I don't notice it and some of them just go too far or do all people that get shiat shot into their lips look like misshapen clowns?

Yeah, and if their pics made it online, people here would insult them all day long, because farkers>pregnant people. It's in their nature, I think she looks fine, and for those calling her "obese", I don't think they know the meaning of the word. This looks like a woman who still has a healthy amount of baby weight, although she will definitely have to work after the prgnancy to shed it.
