bigDoug123: BarkingUnicorn: So, did he get the little redhaired girl? No, and yes. The little red haired girl was his grandaughter. The memorial cross says "Merry Christmas Dad, We miss you." The "girl" who lost her dad wrote me a sweet email and we shared lots of sentiments because we're sentimental people. She recognized what drew me to the spot, which had to do with what a loving person her dad was, which I can't share with people who don't get it and think its creepy. But I can spar with them, now that I've got some coffee. She has tried to make sure that the grandkids know what a great guy John was. This episode and the articles and some guy trying to find them to offer to help maintain a tiny spot in a vast forest because he knew that somehow it represented this terrible loss that wasn't really a loss at all because death didn't stop the love they share, this episode reinforced her efforts and gave the family a way to look at that again, that he was a great guy. I specifically asked her if I had interfered or caused her any pain and apologized if I had, and she ruled that out.But I think it might have upset my redneck friends, the ones at the campfire in the video of me getting zapped. I haven't heard from any of them since the first story broke. Probably because its scary for them, wondering if the spotlight will fall on them somehow and they would end up portrayed like Buckwild/DuckDynasty people only worse. And also because I struck out for years trying to find out who the girl was and all along my friend's uncle is the guy who made the cross. He didn't tell my friend that, so there's country politics involved. Got a radio interview to do this morning, they'll be listening, should be challenging not to misspeak. I hope they don't call me for the interview. This attention whore is walking bow-legged this morning.

TomD9938: TFA had too many characters to keep track of.
