Raging Thespian: "I warned ye aboot this kind thing!"
unitednihilists: If only we'd arm the trees, tragedies like this wouldn't happen.
dukwbutter: Thee's nothing you can shoot at 4:30 a.m. anyway.
stevarooni: Probably a .22lr; anyway, something subsonic that had low enough an impulse that wood could deflect it.

AlphaTwin: stevarooni: Probably a .22lr; anyway, something subsonic that had low enough an impulse that wood could deflect it. Not to be a stickler, but 22lr and longs, are not subsonic (about 1100 fps, in the modern version.) I don't think shorts are subsonic either. Nevermind, it's pretty darn close, I don't know why I had MPH stuck in my head..
Sobrrr: duckwbutterShouldn't be shooting in the dak at 4:30 a.m. in any event. Odds ae he was dunk/impaied. But it's not dee season. Thee's nothing you can shoot at 4:30 a.m. anyway. He was dunk. Shot a tee. Bullet icocheted and hit him. He's an idiot. And lucky he wasn't hut wose. I think your R is shot too. Unless your from Boston, then never mind.
croesius: Yo, Imma let you have your article, but this is the best ricochet video EVER MADE:http://youtu.be/KUDI1kEFBnkI'd be cleanin' my pants before the rifle.
Frantic Freddie: As someone who's been hit by a reverse ricochet I'm getting a kick, etc.... Saw it coming, hit me on the right side above my waist. Felt like someone hit me with a stick (have 3 brothers, I know what being hit feels like) & tore off a 2-3" chunk of flesh, very shallow wound. .303, in case you're wondering.
Nina_Hartley's_Ass: "It was coming right at me!" said the responsible, law-abiding gun owner.
