rkiller1: The Weather Channel, where it's all about the Northeast US. They often go for over an hour before showing any other region. and then it's in a 10-second montage as they hurry to commercial./Okay, so I exaggerate a wee bit, but not much.
Bontesla: I hate TWC. If you click the link - be aware that it will autoplay. But that's a bigass storm.
DarthBart: I use them for the radar only cause the weather.gov radar pages don't let you zoom in, though they're not offering the dual-polarization products from the radar sites that are generating them.. Even Dr Masters' blog has turned into "OMG GLOBAL WARMING IS GOING TO KILL US ALL".I'm still working on building my own display system and SMS alert package. I got an SMS warning for "severe thunderstorm warning" 30 minutes after the fact. Yeah, that's all kinds of useful.
ds_4815: JonBuck: Uh, TWC owns Weather Underground now.Came to say this. No real bad changes yet, but the knowledge of it makes me weep all the same.
