It's a nice piece, but my wife beat the shiat out of me when I brought home the whale bone porn I bought the other day...so I don't think this would fly.

Very cool. Where did you find the stone? Did you just go out and buy a chunk of it for carving? Or is it something you were able to buy? Why did you chose that subject to carve? does it have a significant meaning or did you carve it because the stone has a sort of connection to the ocean?

lovely sculpture.. inuit art is pretty awesome.  My youngest daughter's biological father is Inuit, originally from Labrador

Very cool looking stuff. My current economic situation only allows me to upgrade from Dr. Thunder to Dr. Pepper, but this is totally the kind of stuff I'd like to get into someday.
