Noah_Tall: Snarcoleptic_Hoosier: They're also extremely adept in the field of sociology. Why does the anger between Particle Man and Triangle Man exist? What kind of watch-wearer needs a millennium hand? Is the concept of "happy land" a constant, even with the needs of Particle/Triangle/Universe-based individuals?I see you didn't get the subtext of that one. Triangle man represents the church as the triangle represents the holy trinity. Particle Man represents science for reasons that should be obvious. The song is about how the church continually beats down anyone and anything that dares to stand up against it. Triangle man defeats science because no matter how much evidence science has it is overwhelmed by the hordes of followers religion has. Likewise Person Man (ie humanity) is hit on the head with a frying pan and lives in squalor. The debate rages on between science and religion about the origins of humanity "who came up with person man?" But the church which hates individuality and free thinking does its best to eliminate that free thought and beats Person Man.

ItchyMcDoogle: As someone who bought their first album in the 80's and called Dial-a-song now and then, it always brings a smile to my face knowing that they are still kicking around. They are masters of the earworm//Apollo 18 is a underrated gem!///Dammit now I have Anna Ang stuck in my head
