You mean a cardboard tissue box magic-markered to look like an atari.  And the youngest kid just tapes different crayon drawings on the TV screen as someone 'plays.'

Interesting concept but I prefer the strategic/simulation angles used in Hidden Agenda.

Alternatively there is also Tropico, as BumpInTheNight mentioned above. That one has breathtaking depth and complexity. This just seems like a themed FPS, which may end up entertaining but seems to me a bit of a waste given what has been done and can be done with the subject.

Yup. The Japanese version was even called "Guevara".
