Again? I haven't heard anything about this. Do you know what his problem is this time?

He said he's willing to take a pay cut to play - just not for Oakland.  Basically, he's demanding to play anywhere else, because Oakland asked him to restructure and take a pay cut.

Which is a smart move. He doesn't need the money, proved he can be serviceable, and they're Oakland. If he's willing to be a #2, he'd be an incredible acquisition for a top team.

From what I'm seeing it looks like Palmer's going to be traded to Arizona. So they'd be upgrading their QB situation to "meh at the very best" from "smoldering wreckage." Which is actually pretty significant.
