City police departments are all the same. They have to have two officers per car in order to maintain a minimum IQ of 80 at all times. They're also afraid of the dark.

That's how we had to troll back in the day.

The part with the actual deputy pointing at his badge had to be shot twice.  He wanted to use a different finger.
