I can't find anything on Ty Tryon recently. I see that he missed the cut at the Mexico Open last year but other than that, nothing. Has he finally given it up?

I hadn't even thought about him in a dozen years.

A dozen years ago or so is when he was making a splash at 16. I think he actually made the final stage at q-school in 2011 but obviously it didn't pan out. I was just wondering. I suppose he's probably a local pro somewhere. I hope the kid saved some of that early endorsement money.

Dammit. I still don't get it and I've seen quite a few golf movies. Not all of them, but several at any rate.

FTFA: "Still doesn't ring a bell, but you're HIV positive you've at least seen the name somewhere before, then I'll direct you back to last year's US Open."

I'm sorry... is that actually something people say?

It's what Don Johnson says to Cheech Marin when they're discussing Roy McAvoy.

The only movie LeBeef made that wasn't completely devoid of artistic backbone.

I used to beat the ever-loving fark out of Ty Tryon back when he was a low-level boss in one of the Tiger Woods games. I think it was 2003. He couldn't play worth a dang damn.
