max_pooper: They should be very worried about the installation of this sink not because it's a secret Muslim prayer sink used to force Sharia Law on good Christian white people but because it's been installed two farking feet from an electrical panel.

Glad I'm not the only one to notice that.  Jesus Fark - WTF were they thinking?  Actually, WTF is an electrical panel doing in the mens' room anyway?

No books in Tennessee?

Most Christians haven't actually read that book.

Most?

I shouldn't group other Christians in with Southern Baptists.

Don't forget we're talking about Tennessee here.

As an Alabamian I'm fully permitted to mock our neighbors to the north.

Absolutely not. But one can always hope one is wrong about people.

Yeah, you'll get past that too.  I did.  I now think it's a miracle we've come as far as we have, and that, having invented nuclear weapons, we're not all dead ten times over.  'Cause we're stupid.

Still, I like that you have hope.  Reminds me of better times.

I think there was a thread a while back where people were mentioning that Muslims from Indonesia seemed to be big on trying to wash their feet in regular sinks and getting water everywhere. I don't know if this is really the case but it seemed to be a big concern for some people.

As an ultimate troll, all FARKers worldwide should write the Tennessee House and Senate comending them for their very gracious show of religious tolerance by installing "Muslim foot washing sinks" in their bathroom.

Such sinks do exist.  Work took me to Dakar in 1992, and the hotel room where I stayed had a small sink set about a foot off the floor.

and

"Not any good ones."

Take your pick.

Aren't ritual washings when you're in public places more like "bit of water in the palm, splash, splash, done"?  I don't think they have to actually scrub 'em with soap, dude.  Given that soap + agitation wasn't a known sanitation principle until like the late 1800s and such.

They are going to make the building rotate continually so no side faces east for any length of time.  Freedom isn't free.
