I remember a fark Photoshop thread a couple of years ago where someone posted a picture of their hallway with the Google Streetview navigation lines leading to the bathroom, kitchen etc.

I tried using indoor GPS on my iPhone coupled with Apple maps.  I was headed for the downstairs bathroom and ended up stuck in the laundry room for two weeks until the search party could find me.

I would rather have several small houses, than one big one.

1. Current House
2. Florida Keys
3. Pennsylvania forest
4. Martha's Vineyard
5. Montana

So instead of taking a leak in the restroom, I'd be taking one in the laundry room?

I just took a look around, on the shop front, behind the mound of mangos, does it say Artisanal Charcoal?

If Steve Jobs' biography is correct then not only did he live in a relatively modest suburban home but he never locked the back door.

You don't expect those hipsters to cook their gluten free veggie burgers over plain old briquettes do you?

He travels plenty, but he's mostly just spinning in circles.

They bought Wifislam, who are presumably followers of Wifmuhammad.

Don't think "big houses". Think "warehouses" or "shopping malls".

"Siri, which way to the apple store?"

"Go up the... escalator near the... pretzel stand and turn right at the... food court."

Am I really the Weeners on how Wi Fi Slam looks like Wif Islam?

Not really going anywhere with it, but probably shouldn't have a product with Islam in it unless you want mentally challenged Arabs trying to blow you up.

Aw, while I was typing someone else made the Arab connection.

The article takes care to point out that Google has been doing this for years, but I want to go a step further. Didn't people freak out when Google was scanning for open WiFi to use as location assistance? Now Apple buys a company that does it but it is perfectly OK?
