They don't call it World Nut Daily for nothing.

Hodges previously noted http://wnd.com/?p=391519">Obama's reference to two sci-fi movies.

"He suggested the idea, 'I should somehow do a 'Jedi mind-meld' with these folks [Republicans] and convince them to do what's right.' He used a mixed image from two sci-fi shows," Hodges explained. "First he alluded to a Jedi 'mind trick' used on weak-minded foes ('Star Wars' films) implying his continued mind games to trick subservient foolish Americans.

"His spontaneous 'Star Wars' image also references his war on the Republicans - efforts to discredit them so that he can affect the next election and control both houses of Congress in his dictatorial behavior. (He also suggests his war on the military - to weaken it.) "Finally he implies in the 'mind-meld' technique he's opening his unconscious mind up and we can read it if we know how - just as Commander Spock in 'Star Trek' would let others read his mind to provide them with special insightful messages," he said.

If anyone heard some one in day to day life talking like this, they would think (and would probably be right) that person was mentally ill.

And yet there are people out there who will believe every word. WND probably gets more views than ever now that the hard right decided Fox News was 'too liberal'.

I'm guessing Forensic Investigator (who was fired because he was so bad at it) says (whatever he's paid to say by World Nutz Daily) Obama's Bad, Mmmkayy

He found out what we at Fark have known all along, that 0bama is a communist socialist crypto-fascist Kenyan usurper Anti-Christ "empty suit" clear and present menace to the American Way, who plans martial law under the brutal lash of the UN, once he forces everyone to gay marry aborted fetuses from single teenage mothers. For more details, check out his book!

This seems very credible to me. Crank up the Impeachmatron™

Thanks ridiculous. He's only going to do that to white people.

I suspect that this "forensic profiler" shiats himself on a regular basis, and that it has nothing to do with shock alarm or surprise.

The problem isn't the grifter who promises results that defy logic and science.

The problem is the people who hear the grifter and shriek "Clovis! Run what for down to the bait shop and fetch little Skeeter's dialysis money jar so's we can buy Perfesser FreedomeagleJesus' book and whatnot!"

I bet the Republicans, who reject the work of climatologists and "evolutionists" and aren't too sure about gravity will openly embrace this trendy pseudo-science.

A forensic profiler who worked on the disappearance of Natalie Holloway and the double-murder case against O.J. Simpson says he is becoming alarmed by some of the references President Obama is using.

So, one of the worst forensic profilers?

2013-03-24 08:55:25 AM
Hodges, a clinical psychiatrist coincidentally based in Natalee's home town of Birmingham, has developed a forensic profiling technique known as "thoughtprint decoding" that allows criminal investigators to "read between the lines" of verbatim communication.

Hodges' approach differs from other forensic profilers because he analyzes unconscious messages found in written and spoken communications rather than relying solely on the literal translation of such clues often considered key to investigations. Thoughtprint decoding spots "thought patterns," and Hodges contends perpetrators of crimes are often compelled by their unconscious minds to tell the truth no matter what messages their conscious minds might convey.

Yep.  One of the worst.

By "worked" does he mean that he was contracted by government agencies and was active in teh investigation,  or does he mean that he astro-turfs the forums on true crime websites with his delusions?

SnarfVader: So he's a forensic profiler? Are these the same full-of-shiat type of people who predicted the DC shooters were white and the Unabomber was a married jet mechanic?

It appears that he makes a career of inserting himself into high profile criminal cases and proceeds to poison the well by misinterpreting information that isn't even evidence, while conning an already fragile relative of the victim into believing in his pseudoscience.  He wastes people's time, and subsequently ruins criminal investigations.

I imagine at some point, it will come out that he deliberately obstructs justice in order to get material for his books.  Then maybe a real criminal forensics expert (who doesn't need to "read the unconscious truth between the lines" to spot a sociopath) will be key to his conviction.

He has yet to do the former, and it appears he does even worse than the latter.  I think "dangerously full of sh*t" is an apt description.

900+ executive orders, NDAA indefinite detention of US citizens, DHS buying 1.6 billion rounds of hollowpoint ammo, drone strikes on US soil against US citizens, fast and furious, F16s being given to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, QE3 and a 17.6 trillion dollar debt... there's a reason they want the populace disarmed. The wheels are coming off the bus.

According to his own bio, this is apparently his claim to fame:

Utilized decoding techniques (identical to reading parables) to explore the human personality of Jesus Christ in his book, Jesus: An Interview Across Time?A Psychiatrist Looks at His Humanity (Bantam, 1988).

This guy can't even pad a resume without falling on his face.  Seriously, he's not even fit for entry level retail.

"Utilized" (Used) "decoding techniques" (ability to read) "identical to reading parables" (read the Bible) "to explore the human personality" (to get an impression) "of Jesus Christ."  In other words, "I read the Bible and learned about Jesus."

I'm surprised he doesn't list "interpretive mixology" and "contemporary dance" at the bottom.

You say "one of the worst," which is phonetically similar to "Juan... of the worst," showing a deep-seated hatred of all Hispanics.

Don't even try to deny this. It's subliminal, so it must be true...

OK, I get it now.  Every time the president speaks, his words mean the exact opposite of what he says.  Sort of a "Briar Rabbit" effect.  Has he tried out his theory on other world leaders?  His wife?

If I didn't know he was trying to sell books, I would surmise he was mentally ill.

Probably shouldn't have clicked the link, it was all "Wait, are you sure you want to leave?", followed by "Hey, stop, are you really, really sure you want to leave?!?!?"  I clicked YES, so that really meant NO.  Right?

He's also incompetent.

But enough about the profiler.

Wait a sec, FlashHarry, the profiler isn't black, he's beige. I checked on Google. I bet you are embarrassed now.

Let's see:

Wrong on executive orders

NDAA vote tally: On Dec. 14, 2011, the bill passed the U.S. House by a vote of 283 to 136, with 19 who didn't vote and passed by the U.S. Senate on Dec. 15, 2011 by a vote of 86 to 13.
Contrasted with the President's statement on it. Conclusion: Republicans wanted Obama to have this power, which Obama isn't comfortable with.

DHS buying rounds? Try the actual details before you scream like a wuss.

Drone strikes against US citizens on US soil? Not unless there is a terrorism-related situation. Rand Paul was satisfied with this response. So should you be. Unless you are even dumber than he is. Which is a likely possibility given the volume of evidence you have provided us.

Fast and Furious was idiotic and Holder should be fired for the sheer stupidity of the program running with or without his knowledge. Something we probably agree on.

Egypt? We have delivered 224 F-16s to Egypt over the past few decades and somehow a few more of these planes, which are woefully behind anything the Israelis or the US has, is a major problem now? You wanted Democracy in the mideast. You got it. You now complain about the results. Do you think they were better off in a dictatorship? Careful: if they were better off, then major hypocrisy alarms go off on your recorded views on Saddam Hussein, Qaddaffi, Iran, and Syria. There is no real difference between any of these: a dictatorship is not a democracy. If what you really want is a Western friendly government, then you want a dictatorship, because there is no way in hell the public will support the West. Congratulations. You are now an enemy of Democracy and should move to a dictatorship.
