My bad. Read that as needs, not tastes.

comes with a year's supply of Bulleit bourbon and rye.

Do they realize how much bourbon some people can drink in a year?

Checked the Neiman Marcus page, yes they do, and they make sure to cover their asses on that one!

"*One-year supply of Bulleit Bourbon and Bulleit Rye not to exceed four cases of each, based on FDA average consumption."

Still close to a hundred bottles of booze though

Finally something from Neiman Marcus that I'd actually buy. That store runs towards so much flashy conspicuous consumption to the max that they always feel a bit on the tacky side. This is nicely understated elegance, if you can call an entire trailer full of booze understated.

Needless-Markup will bring you cocktails while trying on shoes.  They've been catering to Farkers for awhile.

Wait, what? Maybe I'll have to rethink my position that Neiman Marcus has got so much excess that they're tacky if I can get alcohol with my shoes.

a year's supply of Bulleit bourbon

365 bottles? Wow. Not bad.

A bacon grille with built-in beer tap?

I can do better for 150k.

8 cases is a year's supply? Where? On Venus?

They're making cheap beer that tastes like bacon?

What can NM possibly do for fat pastey white folk that they have't tried already?

How will the average Farker get that down into his mom's basement?

Who says you can't use it for tailgating? I think it would be great for the Florida/Georgia game, otherwise known as the world's largest outdoor cocktail party.

To be fair, you're getting 40 maple hangers for that price (including 5 suit hangers, which run higher in price), which figures out to just under $7.38 a hanger. While that is on the high end for hangers, even solid hardwood hangers from Walmart cost a couple bucks a pop.

C'mon.....you're justifying paying nearly $300 for clothes hangers.  Even if you're figuring at $7.38/hanger, that's way more than one needs to spend on hangage.

/btw pack of 20 suit hangers is $11.97 at wally world.

This thing will find its way to the big horse race held in Camden, SC.  The whole town treats that race like huge prom.  Everyone gets all dressed up to hang out at a race track, just to get drunk as possible and see who they wake up next to.  It really is the rich man's NASCAR.

Based on WA state's liquor markup they might be losing money on this.

Your 20 pack is thin plastic hangers that aren't good for actual suits. Their actual wooden suit hangers with the clip bar for pants are $24 for 6, and they still aren't the contoured hangers that you're supposed to use to keep your suits in good condition. You can't compare a chintzy plastic hanger that's not good for suits to a proper wooden suit hanger.

Headline was misleading. I thought they were gonna start selling hoods to go with the sheets.

They may be catering to the average Farker's taste, but not their financial demographic. They need to make a set of basement stairs that opens up into a bar when mom isn't home.
