The primary inept project that inexplicably came to fruition? A Hipster magazine called the AV Club.

I guess the Final Sacrifice is explicable.

Pearl Harbor, the Titanic wannabe should be on the list. Oh, and Red Tails. And the Star Wars Pre-

/connection lost

First thing I thought of too, although it's nice now with green parkland and fountains where a highway used to be that cut off the city from it's waterfront.

I always preface Pearl Harbor with the phrase "The Burgled Turd Called."

List is missing the filmography of Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. A string of supposed spoof movies, most of them box office hits, and there is nothing resembling anything even remotely like a joke in any of them.

It's amazing that Bonfire of the Vanities movie adaptation ended up so atrocious.  You got Tom Wolfe's brillant source material.   Brian De Palma directing.   Tom Hanks, Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman (Street Smart, Glory & Driving Miss Daisy era Morgan Freeman, not Evan Almighty & The Bucket List era Morgan Freeman)

Yes and yes.

I'd say Uwe Boll movies after The House of the Dead.  Before that, video game companies didn't know he was shiat.  Then he released that and yet somehow got the rights to a bunch of other franchises.

My father tried to force a family tradition where at Christmas we'd all watch a movie together. I can't remember which came first, but the two years he tried he brought home Pearl Harbor and this:

He stopped trying after that.

I'm not usually a fan of drinking games, but The Room demands to be watched with a group of friends and a drink should be taken when any of the following happens:

Someone comments on Lisa's beauty
Someone states that Mark is Johnny's best friend
Someone dismisses a serious issue with 'Don't worry about it' (the more serious the issu the bigger the drink)
A football is tossed less than 15 feet
Someone clucks like a chicken

There are a million other drink-worthy things to pick from, but we've found that these core 5 lead to the best understanding of the movie's awsomeness.

Hence why I included it. It did, in fact, come to fruition and is actually pretty nice. It just took too much time and money.

Now now, The Rock was a damn fine action movie.  It's pretty much everything after that sucks.

I agree! That movie is horrible on sooo many levels. It's WORSE than "Troll 2", lol!
