The space rock that hit Earth 65 million years ago and is widely implicated in the end of the dinosaurs was likely a speeding comet.

Never a cop around when you need one.

See, and that explains why there was so much rain, the dinosaurs drowned in the great flood and Noah, being warned had a boat ready and humans survived.Alas it meant no more riding dinosaurs :(

So it possibly probably wasn't this, but maybe could might have been this instead?

Awesome.

Wasn't he supposed to get 2 of every animal and couldn't find a single dinosaur around to put in the boat?  Seems he failed his mission.

Amusingly, the headline sort of makes sense. Comets are stupidly difficult to see unless they're actively spewing material into space. We could very well have a comet show up nearby (astronomically speaking) without ever knowing it was coming.

Jesus lived after Noah and he rode dinosaurs.

I guess Senator Jellison didn't let any dinosaurs into his valley?

So, that's the reason why the dinosaurs didn't use their comet defense system? Because they didn't see it coming?  Did DASA not have enough funding?

Lovely. So when the comet smashes into Earth in December 2013 and another one into Mars in October 2014, my people shall laugh at your ignorance of space travel.

Yeah but Jesus has a long, storied history of resurrection.

Ever seen a map, or perhaps even a rough drawing of the planet?  Take a look at the Gulf of Mexico.
