"Obama's the one who never worked a day in his life," Ailes said in Zev Chafets' book "Roger Ailes: Off Camera." "He never earned a penny that wasn't public money. How many fundraisers does he attend every week? How often does he play basketball and golf? I wish I had that kind of time. He's lazy, but the media won't report that."

Kindly eat shiat and die, you worthless fat fark.

"Obama's the one who never worked a day in his life! He never earned a penny that wasn't public money. How many fundraisers does he attend every week? How often does he play basketball and golf? I wish I had that kind of time. He's lazy, but the media won't report that."

"How did he win the election twice, then? Against Romney?"

"It's because he's as smart as he is lazy! Wily! Like a fox with black fur!"

oh I think he's pissed.  not just him either - a lot of the GOP insiders/elites are extremely angry that Obama got re-elected.  the icing on the cake is that they can't bring themselves to admit that Obama won because the GOP was so f*cking stupid about the entire election.  Obama isn't the greatest guy to ever run for office.  sure, he's smart.  he's organized.  he knows what he wants to accomplish and can figure out a way to get there.  But he's not a super genius or anything.  And he's got several weaknesses, some of which are quite glaringly obvious.  But stack Obama up against the likes of Mitt Romney and suddenly Obama looks godlike.  that's what the voters saw, and that's why Obama won in a landslide.

Satanic_Hamster: hubiestubert: I guess Ailes forgets that Harvard isn't exactly a State university, or that his book sales were done on the private market as well. Those dollars don't count, maybe? And I guess all the days that Bush took off to play at the ranch, and asking the press to "Watch this drive" didn't count either?

Community organized and a lawyer are also all public money.

So are soldiers and police and firefighters. Guess those are just sucking off the government teat...

Again: NEVER had a job in the private sector, yet quietly ignoring the public sector jobs that he held, while doing work in the public sector as well.

What do you know about it? What do you know about getting up at five o'clock in t'morning to fly to Paris... back at the Old Vic for drinks at twelve, sweating the day through press interviews, television interviews and getting back here at ten to wrestle with the problem of a homosexual nymphomaniac drug-addict involved in the ritual murder of a well known Scottish footballer. That's a full working day, lad, and don't you forget it!

Yeah, this one always amazes me: I cringed at the comments on a "Obama makes March Madness picks" article the other day. The number of people who genuinely claim that the president has never accomplished anything, that he got where he is because white guilt. He did not accomplish anything while allowing his peers and supervisors to fall over themselves awarding him credit for their accomplishments. Worse yet, he apparently adamantly refuses to do any work, as seen by the fact that he hasn't passed a single budget (which they often claim as "has yet to write a budget"). Nope, sits around getting credit for other people's work and living the high life on your tax dollars from birth onwards.

President Obama is one of the most self-made men in the nation.  The only way this could be more obvious that he's pushing negative racial stereotypes is if he gave his press conference in a white Klansman robe.

There's also the fact that Obama is clearly a master-level troll. That has a lot of appeal in the Internet age. There's something to be said for a man who can bring the lulz at the expense of his political opponents and look Presidential the whole time. I wish we had someone with a comparable sense of biting humor on the political scene up here in Canada.

Technically, there are no presses involved with what he does, so yes. But the original point of he being an argument against freedom of the press is troubling.

Think about a president, like W. for example, having control of the press. All you'd get is Fox. In that case, he represents a strong argument in favor of freedom of the press.

so lets take a moment here and follow this thought.  For the sake of argument, lets assume this is a true statement - Obama is lazy, stupid and easily distracted.  But we know he got re-elected to office and beat Romney.  stop and consider what the Republicans are saying here: a lazy, unfocused stupid black man managed to beat Mitt Romney in a landslide election.  that means the GOP is saying Romney is WORSE than Obama.  I mean that's the only conclusion you can come too - if Obama is lazy and stupid but wins, then the guy he beat MUST be even more lazy and stupid.  If Romney was any good at all, he'd have won.
